Duties:
dealing with customers' problems
dealing with complaints and orders and also answer questions about our services.
Ability to handle issues in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
Duties may also involve clerical responsibilities.

Ability to cope and work under pressure.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a minimum of second class (upper/lower division) or Bsc/HND/OND in any discipline
